Customer Service Representative
NuCara Home Medicial is looking for a dependable, full-time Customer Service Representative for our Coralville, IA location.
Responsibilities include in person customer service, as well as answering phones, verifying insurance, ordering products, performing equipment set ups in store, communication with healthcare professionals and insurance billing. Drug test and criminal background check required. This position does require the ability to participate in a telephone-based on-call rotation, with some evening and weekend hours required

Successful candidates must possess exceptional customer service skills, computer skills, and organizational skills. Candidates must be able to follow directions, be detail-oriented, and have basic competencies using a smartphone, iPad, and desktop computer. Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
