Marketing Director
OneroRx, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Director who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all marketing strategies and initiatives for OneroRx, Inc., a leading retail pharmacy company. This role will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention through innovative and effective marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail pharmacy landscape, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful marketing in a competitive environment.

Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual and long-term marketing plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives, including growth targets, market share, and profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities within the retail pharmacy sector.
- Define/Refine the company's brand identity, messaging, and value proposition to resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate marketing strategies with other business functions (e.g., operations, sales, merchandising, clinical services).
Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead the development, implementation and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across a mix of channels, including but not limited to:
- Digital Marketing: SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, website management, online advertising (PPC, display).
- Traditional Marketing: Print advertising, direct mail, in-store promotions, local community outreach, radio/TV (if applicable).
- Public Relations: Media relations, press releases, thought leadership.
- In-Store Marketing: Merchandising support, signage, promotional materials.
- Develop compelling and comprehensive marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, website content, social media posts, and advertising copy.
- Oversee the creation of promotional offers and loyalty programs designed to attract and retain customers.
Brand Management & Communications
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Manage public relations efforts, including crisis communications, to maintain a positive brand image.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure all staff are aligned with marketing initiatives.
Customer Insights & Analysis
- Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), brand awareness, website traffic, and social media engagement.
- Leverage customer feedback and market data to inform marketing strategies and product/service development.
Team Leadership & Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and achieve objectives.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services within budget.
Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), pharmacy laws, and advertising standards.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.

This individual must be able to think creatively and outside of the box on how to help increase OneroRx’s reach and marketing capabilities. Subsidiaries are multi-state, and most work is completed via synchronous and asynchronous communications via phone call, email, teams communication, etc. This person will also be responsible for learning and managing internal marketing programs currently in use.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees and mentors the marketing team (e.g., Marketing Coordinator, etc.)
- Manages external agencies and vendors (e.g., advertising, PR, digital marketing).
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Proven experience in the retail sector, with direct experience in retail pharmacy or healthcare preferred.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
LANGUAGE ABILITY
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence using proper grammar. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform slightly complex mathematical calculations and apply concepts of basic algebra.
