Position Overview

We are looking for a kind, caring, and people-focused team member to join our Home Medical Equipment (DME) department. In this role, you will work directly with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide essential medical equipment such as mobility aids, home safety supplies, and therapeutic shoes.

No prior DME experience is required — we provide all training

What You’ll Do

· Assist patients and caregivers with selecting and understanding how to use durable medical equipment (DME).

· Provide education, demonstrations, and compassionate support to ensure safe and effective use of equipment.

· Deliver and set up equipment in patients’ homes (some lifting and driving required).

· Work with healthcare providers and insurance to ensure proper documentation and coverage.

· Maintain accurate patient and equipment records.

· Support sales growth by building trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, and community partners.

· Comfortable with light physical work (lifting/transporting equipment).

· Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

· Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required.

Work Schedule

· Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

· Clinical and retail setting within a pharmacy-based DME environment.
