Join our team as a Therapeutic Shoe Fitter and play a vital role in helping diabetic patients maintain foot health through custom footwear solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert fitting and consultation for diabetic patients requiring custom therapeutic shoes and orthotic inserts.
  • Assist patients in selecting the right shoe style and size to ensure optimal comfort and medical benefit.
  • Capture and manage digital images and patient data to facilitate custom orthotic shoe insert manufacturing through our partner lab.
  • Conduct physician outreach to coordinate patient care and obtain necessary prescriptions or approvals.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently to maximize service quality.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry within the patient management system.
  • Travel to sister pharmacy locations or physician offices up to 1 hour away as needed during business hours using a company-provided vehicle.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license required; clean driving record preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for patient care.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data entry abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
